1. Sales are final for custom dresses as they are made to your specifications. Should you have any concerns, please let me know, and I’ll work with you to ensure satisfaction.
2. Shipping worldwide, some countries have restrictions on the types of imported items, so contact me and we'll check on your country.
3. Deposits of 50% are required before dress production, with the balance due upon completion. Deposits are not refundable.
4. Deposits of $150 are required before I begin the research and sketching, and the deposit is applied to the cost of the dress.
5. Completion of a dress can run from anywhere from three to twelve weeks. If hitting a specific date is a concern, contact me and I will give you an estimate of the current production time. I work on a first come, first served basis, and deposits determine the production schedule.
6. Appointments must be scheduled, and a 24 hour cancellation is appreciated.
